Yang Le, male, Han nationality, he began to work as a lawyer in 1983. taking a post as the director of East Capital Law Firm; the deputy director of the 7th Session of the Members Affair Commission under Beijing Lawyer Association, a member of the Disciplinary Commission; a representative of the 7th/ 8th Session （2009-2012）of Beijing Lawyers Congress; In 2001, being elected as “Lawyer Star” of ‘the century glory of Chinese lawyers” compiled by the Ministry of Justice.
